1. General
The “Refsy” app allows users to manage their WordPress image galleries directly from a mobile device. The app connects to the user’s own WordPress installation. All data is processed only on the user’s device and website.
2. Data Collection
The Refsy app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the provider.
No external servers are used to store content. The app does not include any analytics, tracking, or profiling mechanisms.
3. WordPress Connection
The app connects to WordPress via a one-time QR code login. A temporary token is used only for secure authentication.
A local session is stored after login to maintain access.
All content (images, text, filenames) remains entirely on the user’s own WordPress site.
4. No Third-Party Access
No data is shared with third parties. The app does not use services such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or other tracking tools.
5. Hosting
The app only communicates with the WordPress site that the user connects to.
No central server is used to sync or store any content.
6. User Rights
As no personal data is processed, there is no need for deletion, access, or data portability rights.
